Med-View Airline launches flight operations into French West Africa

Nigerian leading carrier, Medview Airline has announced plans to commence flight operations into French speaking West Africa countries in a fortnight.
Experts has described the moves as a bold one by a Nigeria carrier as it will cement the image of the country in the heart of sister West African countries diplomatically.
Some of the stakeholders who spoke to Peoples Daily in Lagos urged the federal government to as a matter of urgency facilitate and accelerate the move by the airline to fly into Asia and other Africa countries as it flag carrier.
The management of Med-View said it is poised to have a strong presence on the West Coast with the commencement of the inaugural flight on Friday, October 27 into Abidjan, Conakry and Dakar.
Flights into the three new cities, takes it West Coast destinations to six alongside Accra, Monrovia and Freetown.
Having successfully coordinated the 2017 Hajj in which the airline airlifted over 17,000 pilgrims, Medview CEO, Alhaji Muneer Bankole declared, “our expansion programme is informed by research and planning.
He told journalists that “In the very near future, we will be operating to Johannesburg, South Africa; Lisbon, Portugal; Libreville, Gabon and Houston in the US,’ the CEO said.
He disclosed that the airline has already positioned for Dubai come November /December.
