The prosecutor, Mr. Steven Kwaza, had told the court that the convicts broke the glass of a Honda car belonging to one Raymond of Immani Estate, Mararaba, and removed the car’s battery and stereo.
He said that the offence was committed on April 30, adding that the items were recovered from the convicts during investigation.
Kwaza also told the court that the convicts confessed to committing the offence.
He said that the offences contravened sections 97 and 287 of the Penal code respectively.
