The Woman Leader of PDP, Bauchi State Chapter, Hajiya Asabe Isa Tirwun, has assured that many women will be allowed to contest all the elective positions in the forth coming 2015 general election
According to her, in the interest of fairness and justice to all, women would be allowed to contest for all election position from Bauchi State in the forth coming 2015 general election.
Asabe said Bauchi women would contest the position of President,
Governor, Senators, House of representatives and State Assembly like their male counterpart.
She said this will happen as part of effort of the PDP led administration of Malam Isa Yuguda which mobilized, encouraged and sensitized more women to participate in politics in 2015.
The women Leader said Yuguda had appointed over 800 women in various places as aides in an effort to encourage more women to participate in politics and eradicate poverty.
