Panelists advocate entrepreneurship mentorship for youth A group of panelists from various walks of life at an entrepreneurship training, organised by a nongovernmental organisation(NGO), Leadership By Design(LBD) International Initiative, have advocated for mentorship for young people in business.
The founder of the organisation, Daniel Ezimadu noted that the problems facing entrepreneurs in Nigeria is primarily lack of an enabling environment, and poor funding.
Ezimadu while speaking at the training programme, tagged: “Mindset of an entrepreneur,” stated that it takes a strong will, for an entrepreneur to solve the problem and succeed in business in the society.
According to him, “People who succeed are entrepreneurs that solve a problem and who have proper knowledge of their products.
“This is only possible through research on the chosen product, aside that you have to know those who need your product, then know how to sell your idea.”
