The National Conference of Directors/Chief Road Traffic Officers of the Federation will be holding a book launch titled ‘Driving without Tears”.
The consultant of the National Conference body and the Executive Director of Accident Prevention and Rescue Initiative(APRI),Prince Fidelix Nnadi who disclosed this in a press statement in Abuja expressed satisfaction over the good effort of the author to get the book published.
According to the statement, the author of the book, Engr Paul Bapeh who is also the Director/Chief Road Traffic Officer of Cross Rivers State has confirmed that the book is aimed at educating drivers towards reducing the rate of road crashes on Nigeria roads.
The statement said the launching will also feature the induction of Road Traffic Mayors within FCT and environs.
The event which is be hosted by Honourable Minister of FCT, Mallam Mohammed Bello will equally deliberate on issues of inadequate funding for Road Traffic and vehicle Inspection agencies of state and FCT.
