Kebbi State Governor, Senator Atiku Abubakar Bagudu has held its final Executive Council meeting on Wednesday, thanked the commissioners for being patient and understanding throughout the four years of his administration.
Our correspondents gathered that the meeting which lasted for more than four hours at the Council Chamber, Government House, Birnin-Kebbi, the governor said that his administration recorded tremendous achievement due to relative peace experienced in the state as well as President Muhammedu Buhari visionary leadership style.
Speaking to newsmen after the meeting, Governor said” during the council meeting, we discussed many important issues and the Deputy Governor,and myself thanked members of the State Executive Council and their families for their support as well as people of Kebbi State.
“We achieved a lot in the last four years due to relative peace we have,support we received from people of Kebbi State and President Muhammadu Buhari visionary leadership style which has made Kebbi State to be in the international map”.
Governor Bagudu noted that due to the agriculture revolution of President Buhari, many rice mills companies such as Wacot,Labana and an indigenous rice mills company in Kamba came into existence in the state.
He added that the agriculture revolution has contributed positively to the development of the state.
