A member of the House of Representatives for Gwer-East and Gwer-West Federal Constituency of Benue State , Honorable Architect Asema Achado yesterday, emerged as the new National President of the prestigious Mount Saint Gabriel’s Old Boys Association.
In a unanimous voice affirmation , the federal lawmaker emerged without a challenger at the well attended event organized in Makurdi ,the Benue state capital with a promise lead the association and break new grounds to sustain the integrity and development of the old-aged institution.
In his acceptance speech, Hon Arc. Asema Achado expressed his dedication to raising the standard of Mount Saint Gabriel’s School to greater heights and achieving remarkable milestones for the Association and the school.
In a statement signed by his Media Assistant Barrister Iorngee Terkuma, the newly elected MSGOBA said his priority will include the initiation of a health scheme aimed at providing essential medical care to underprivileged and vulnerable members of the association as well as to oversee significant infrastructural development within the school to ensure a conducive and modern learning environment.
Honourable Achado significantly hitting the ground running , immediately constituted committees on welfare committee, health insurance scheme committee, business committee, website creation committee, School development committee, coordination, and contact committee for easy implementation of his two-point agenda .
He noted that the committees will provide a comprehensive framework for holistic growth, creat a stronger and more interconnected association for the school community.
Hon Achado called on all members to collaborate , synergy, and run an open-door policy that will achieve effective and people-oriented leadership.
