The Peoples Redemption Party, PRP, said it has put in place everything necessary to hold its National Convention tomorrow.
A statement issued on Friday by Comrade Muhammed Ishaq, SA Media to the National Chairman, said this followed the successful conduct of the Ward, Local Government and State Congresses across the country.
He said the party will, however, in compliance with the Electoral Act, hold its national convention on Saturday, 2nd April, 2022 in Abuja.
“The formal purpose of the convention is to elect the party’s national leadership who will pilot the affairs of the party in the next four years, as well as to amend the party’s constitution.
“Finally, we use this medium to reiterate our call for Nigerians to embrace PRP as the party has good programmes meticulously designed to improve the standard of living of the masses considering the fact that both the APC and the PDP had had their times managing affairs of the country and it is glaring that they have woefully failed and disappointed Nigerians.”
