A group of seasoned Southern Kaduna professionals, at home and in diaspora, have lamented the incessant killings by so called “unknown gunmen” which has persisted unabated.
The group which stated this after a crucial stake holders meeting at Zonkwa in Kaduna State, added that the organization is concerned about insecurity in the nation and the incessant and mindless killings in Southern Kaduna.
A communiqué at the end of the meeting, signed by the Convener, Dr John Danfulani, lamented the lack of effective, productive and sensitive political representation at local, state and federal levels and .
“The obvious gradual and systematic erosion or outright abandonment of the Late Sir Patrick Ibrahim Yakowa’s ongoing developmental projects within Southern Kaduna despite constant pledges to that effect by the state governor”
“We also throw our support behind one of their illustrious sons, Dr Ishaku Mabushi Shekarau, to commence plans to join political the contest for the Kaduna South senatorial seat.
