About N3 million would be at stake at the first edition of the Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola Youth Soccer Classic holding in Osogbo from 12th-27th June, 2014.
According to the organizers of the tournament, Sam D’ Entertainment, the tournament which has received the blessings of his Excellency Governor of Osun State, will feature 32 teams.
The Chairman of the organizing committee Sunny Oyeyemi said “this is our modest way of showcasing the wonderful works the Governor of Osun State Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola has been doing in the state in the past three years.
The winner of the tournament would go home with 1 million naira, while the runners’ up would pocket N750, 000, with the third place winner getting N500, 000. The fourth place team will get N250, 000.
